X-Tems X1 Folding Stem

The X1-Stem is a Folding stem designed specifically for e-bikes. The X1 Stem has a compact design all the way through, each and every part has been projected this way. The lower cylinders are 80mm in height x 60mm length x 55mm width , and the top cylinder of the X1 stem measures 30mm in height and 28.6mm in diameter.

It is made of Aerospace Aluminum Alloy ( 7075-T6 ) which is 8 times stronger than the common alloy 6061 used for e-bikes. The tensile strength of this mixture of aluminum, copper, and zinc together with the t6 process makes it have an 83000 psi (pound per square inch) strength.

We eliminated the welding links which are considered weakening links on material strength. The solid computerized CNC-milled parts that sustain its’ integrity are all secured by mechanical moving parts, this allows the setup to retain its rigidity and flexibility under stress. The design focus is giving the maximum security, stability and strength for the rider even when using the e-bike in extreme conditions. The X1 stem is a whole piece design, there aren’t removable parts which present a danger to the rider during usage.

The X1-Stem fits all 28.6mm diameter bike fork tubes, quill stems, and Threaded fork tubes. All Standard Clamp (28.6mm diameter) BMX stems with the right dimensions can fit the X1 Stem.
